This program is traditionally taught following strict guidelines and curriculum. Martial Science is a comprehensive martial art system. Martial Science continues to remain unsurpassed. It combines kicking, punching,throwing, falling, joint locking and myriad of weapons and self-defense techniques developed into a beautiful and dynamic "hard-soft" art emphasizing speed and fluidity. Physical training, meditation and breathing, acupressure and acupuncture techniques are employed to maintain health, to develop internal power, and to slow the aging process. Martial Science stresses humility, self-discipline,self-control, loyalty, integrity and respect for others. The traditional program covers a wide spectrum of self-defense making it attractive to men and women of all ages.
